CHIROPRACTIC ASSOCIATES BILLING POLICY

 

At Chiropractic Associates, our goal is to make our billing transparent. To enable this, we ask that you bring a copy of your insurance card and photo ID to your visit. We always recommend you call your insurance company directly to verify coverage. This ensures that you are given the insurance benefits you are entitled to receive.

We are happy to bill a primary and secondary insurance company for you. We simply ask that you inform us of any insurance to be billed prior to your visit. This allows us to accurately and expediently bill the appropriate insurance company for your services.

We are considered in-network for most insurance companies. Please reference the provided list (to the right,) or call our office for the most up to date information.

If circumstances indicate that you will not be utilizing standard medical insurance, please note that we have affordable self-pay options, and are able to bill BWC, automobile/personal injury insurance, and Medicare.

We keep abreast of current rules regarding the use of your Health Savings Card and welcome this as a method of payment.
